Description
Located in Southeast Missouri, the Drinkwater Place was a distinctive 1920s era house that serves as the basis for one of our HO scale wood frame residences. Traditional houses, such as this, could practically be found anywhere in North America with examples seen over a wide geographic range. Our kit will build into a family dwelling that will fit on nearly any model railroad layout. The Drinkwater Place features our usual Tab and Slot construction as well as Peel & Stick windows, doors, trim, and rolled roofing. The front porch displays fine laser-cut railings and balusters with see-through latticework beneath the scribed wood deck. There is also an add-on kitchen in the rear, white metal chimneys, and a couple of laser-cut window fans for added detail. The finished structure measures 3″ long x 5″ wide x 4.25″ high.
