Description
The kit is based on a house that once stood in Telluride, Colorado. The enclosed staircase appears to have been added later possibly for an apartment upstairs. This kit is made from laser cut basswood. Easy assembly.
Footprint is approximately 4″ x 5″. Outhouses #860 and #861 sold separately.
